NAT - FURIA

Concept Project

Roles: Creative and Art Direction, Illustrator, Designer

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The goal of the project was to create a character poster of Nat, played by Candela Peña in Furia, that could capture the essence of the character and her world in the series in a single image. The piece needed to convey her personality, her aspirational side in the fashion world, and narrative elements that hint at the central conflict of her story. The challenge was to find a visual representation that not only portrayed Nat but also evoked her emotional and professional universe, instantly connecting with the viewer and offering symbolic cues that resonated with the tone of the series.

THE CONCEPT

I chose an image of the character whose expression and gestures fully conveyed her personality: a dreamer, somewhat innocent, who loves her work and the world of fashion above all else. Her curious, energetic gaze looks directly at us, making us complicit in her universe. On her wrist, she wears a flaming pincushion—a nod and a hint at what happens in the series, which shapes the protagonist’s path. As a background, a symbolic pattern reinforces this idea.
